- Comfortable bed in a fairly clean room. - We arrived after check in time and no receptionisnt was around. We tried the number provided and got an answer. They said they were on their way. 30 minutes later still no receptionist so we called again. It must have been 10 minutes after that we were able to check in. - The room was checked and put in to order before we could go up. The receptionist was actually very nice and helpful and gave us a leaflet from the Cameron Highlands tours. - WiFi kept coming and going, we were told to find the box in the hallway and switch it off and on again. - The window was open when we arrived and very hard to close, many bugs and mosquitoes in our room. - Ok for the price we paid and location was perfect.

The manager allowed me to put my bags in the staff room after check-out time so that i could spend the morning and early afternoon at the tea gardens. He was therefor very nice. This manager also told fellow guests to keep quiet once I felt disturbed by their noise. I liked this very much.

A good stay for me. Worth every penny spent. Im really satisfied with the facilities and sort of that. No ac provided, fan only but its already freezing. Water heater also provided which you will need to take a bath. Water sooooo cold.
